Last updated: July 6, 2026

CorGo collects and uses information needed to operate the platform, process orders, improve safety, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.

Information we collect

  • Account details such as name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and role.
  • Order details such as pickup and delivery points, merchant details, item notes, chats, receipts, proof of delivery, and transaction history.
  • Location data used for maps, booking, route support, rider availability, live order tracking, and fraud or safety review.
  • Payment and wallet records, including payment status, refund status, fees, cashout requests, and transaction references.
  • Device, log, and diagnostic information used to secure accounts and fix app issues.

How we use information

  • To create accounts, verify users, match orders with riders or merchants, and complete deliveries.
  • To show live order status, rider position, maps, notifications, and customer support updates.
  • To process payments, credits, refunds, wallet activity, and merchant cashouts.
  • To prevent abuse, investigate disputes, enforce platform rules, and protect users.

Sharing

CorGo shares only the information needed to complete a transaction. Customers, riders, and merchants may see relevant order, location, contact, and status details. Payment processors, hosting providers, maps providers, notification providers, and support tools may process information for CorGo under their own security obligations.

Retention and choices

CorGo keeps records while your account is active and as needed for legal, payment, tax, fraud prevention, and dispute purposes. You may request account support, correction, or deletion by contacting support. Some records may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Terms

Use of CorGo means you agree to these public terms.

CorGo provides a technology platform that helps customers request services from riders and merchants. Users are responsible for providing accurate information, following local laws, treating other users respectfully, and using the app only for lawful transactions.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
  • CorGo may review, suspend, restrict, or close accounts involved in fraud, unsafe conduct, unpaid balances, abusive behavior, or policy violations.
  • Riders and merchants may be asked for identity, business, payout, or verification records before full access is granted.

Orders and availability

  • Orders depend on rider availability, merchant acceptance, service area, weather, traffic, item restrictions, and payment status.
  • Customers must provide complete pickup, drop-off, item, and contact information before confirming a job.
  • CorGo may cancel or limit jobs that appear unsafe, illegal, incomplete, abusive, or impossible to complete.

Payments

Prices may include service fees, delivery fees, rider fees, merchant charges, platform fees, wallet deductions, taxes, or payment processor charges where applicable. Payment must be completed using supported methods shown in the app.

Rider and Merchant Rules

These rules keep transactions clear, safe, and reviewable.

Riders

  • Accept only jobs you can complete safely and on time.
  • Use the app for status changes, route updates, proof of pickup, proof of delivery, and support messages.
  • Do not request off-platform payments unless the app or support flow explicitly allows it.
  • Do not tamper with items, receipts, customer payments, proof images, or location reporting.
  • Follow traffic rules, merchant pickup instructions, and customer delivery instructions.

Merchants

  • Keep store information, item availability, prices, and preparation status accurate.
  • Release orders only to the assigned rider or authorized customer.
  • Use the merchant wallet and payout process according to app rules and verification requirements.
  • Report disputes, failed handoffs, missing items, or payment problems through support.

Payments and Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on payment status, order status, and review of the issue.

CorGo may issue refunds, credits, reversals, or wallet adjustments when an order is cancelled before service, payment is duplicated, a merchant cannot fulfill an accepted order, a rider cannot complete a paid job, or support confirms a valid dispute.

Non-refundable cases

  • Completed services where the order was delivered as requested.
  • Incorrect details entered by the customer that caused a failed or delayed order.
  • Fees already charged by a third-party payment processor, when those fees are non-refundable.
  • Orders cancelled after a rider or merchant has already performed substantial work.

Review timing

Refund reviews normally require the order number, payment reference, user contact details, and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, app credits, or wallet balance where supported.

Location Permission

Location access is used only for platform features that need maps, pickup, delivery, and tracking.

The app may request location while you use CorGo so maps, booking, delivery addresses, and live rider tracking work correctly.

Customers

Location helps find pickup points, delivery destinations, nearby merchants, and live order updates.

Riders

Location helps show rider availability, navigate jobs, update customers and merchants, confirm pickup or drop-off proximity, and support dispute review. If background location is enabled for live rider tracking, it is used to keep active delivery progress current while the rider is completing a job.

Controls

You can manage location permission in your device settings. Some features may not work correctly if permission is denied or location services are turned off.
